Esquires Win at the Irish Franchise Association Awards 2026

The Irish Franchise Association Awards 2026 took place of Friday the 27th of March in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown.

The event was organised by the Irish Franchise Association and Shellcove Association Management Company, who put together a fantastic evening for all, bringing together leading brands, franchise partners and industry professionals from across the country. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the strength and growth of franchising in Ireland, as well as to recognise the achievements of those driving the sector forward.

Esquires – The Organic Coffee Co. were finalists in seven of the fourteen categories and we were thrilled to win two of these awards on the night, a proud moment for everyone involved in the brand.

The first award win on the night went to our fantastic franchisees Manish and Stuti Basu, who were awarded Franchisee of the Year 2026  – Food & Beverage.

This was a well deserved victory for Manish and Stuti who have recently grown their portfolio in Esquires – The Organic Co. from one store at the beginning of 2025 to six stores by end of April 2026! This impressive has been supported by a new partnership with Tesco, where Esquires can now be found in Tesco Extra locations in Clonmel, Tullamore, Waterford, Youghal, with Wexford to follow soon.

It was a brilliant to see Manish and Stuti get recognised for their dedication, ambition and commitment to franchising and their success is a great example of what can be achieved within the Esquires network.

Following the celebrations of Manish and Stuti’s win Esquires – The Organic Coffee Co. went on to win Franchisor of the Year 2026 – Expanding (Food & Non-Food).

This was a huge achievement for the brand and a true testament to its continued strength, momentum and the significant growth it has been experiencing in recent times. The recognition reflects the collective efforts across the network to build a sustainable, forward-thinking brand while continuing to expand into new locations and partnerships.
